Safety is first and foremost at KM Kelly. We are committed to and work
endlessly to provide an injury free work environment. Each of our employees
and every customer employee is entitled to work in the safest environment we
can provide. Using tools such as Pre-Task Planning and regular Tool Box Safety
Meetings we make safety our number one priority. There are also good commercial
reasons for being safe. A great safety record means lower insurance premiums
and therefore lower costs to our customers.
We bring the same intensity and commitment to quality. It's one
thing to say that everything installed works. It's quite another to say that
it was installed correctly and in accordance with the appropriate specification,
code or standard. A quality installation reduces the overall time of
installation, maximizes the use of precious space and provides the best
considerations for future expansions or additions. A quality installation
reduces start-up and commissioning durations which means our customers produce
product sooner and improve their bottom line faster. A quality
installation also reduces maintenance cost, which
over the long haul provides our customers the lowest possible life cycle cost.
We are convinced that in providing quality we give our customers and ourselves
commercial advantage.
There is an old construction adage that says "Plan your work, work your plan.
"That statement has never been more timely. Today's construction environment is all about doing more with less and
achieving the end result faster; an impossible task if you are not planning and
managing your work.
All KM Kelly projects are well planned, scheduled and managed
with multiple levels of review and reporting.
In addition KM Kelly has a
unique advantage in that we offer complete electrical, mechanical and
instrumentation and control services. There is no finger pointing only
single point responsibility. Even if we are only providing a single
discipline of installation service, our multiple discipline experience
allows us to anticipate and coordinate with other contractors with greater
knowledge and understanding of what is required to complete the task at hand.
Further, whether our services are bundled or offered
individually, a large part of managing a project is keeping the customer's
informed. Our project manager's communicate and coordinate with our customers on
a daily basis to identify potential problems and develop solutions that minimize
impacts to the project. |
