KM Kelly, Inc. was formed in 2004 to meet the growing need in the marketplace for a responsive, competitive, and responsible provider of construction services. We have firmly established ourselves as experienced specialists in the areas of electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation and control construction services to our customers. Headquartered in central Massachusetts, we have successfully executed contract projects in many areas of the United States, from Maine to Arizona. We have demonstrated on many occasions that we can implement our expertise in multiple industries.

Our management team has an average of over 25 years’ experience per individual, executing and successfully completing challenging projects. Combining this extensive experience with the skilled tradespeople of the IBEW (International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers) and the UA (United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Pipefitting and Sprinkler Fitting Industry of the United States and Canada), KM Kelly offers a comprehensive ability to thoroughly execute first-rate services within budget and on schedule.
